The process

Week 1, Days 1-2: Kickoff workshop

Two-hour session with senior leadership. Understanding commercial context, pipeline mechanics, sector dynamics. We start with your business, not with a generic framework.

Week 1, Days 3-5: Diagnostic analysis

We audit visibility (search performance, intent coverage), conversion (capability page quality, RFQ pathway design) and follow-up (handover speed, CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting). Sector benchmarking against comparable businesses.

Week 2, Days 1-3: Findings synthesis

We build the Demand-to-Quote Scorecard and prioritise the leaks. The 90-day plan and 12-month view follow from the scoring.

Week 2, Days 4-5: Findings session

Two-hour session walking through findings, scorecard, plan and strategic view. Q&A, refinement, agreed next steps. You leave with documents you can take to the board.

What it doesn’t do

The Growth Audit is not a pitch. It’s a diagnosis.

There’s no obligation to engage us afterwards. Plenty of clients take the 90-day plan and execute it with their internal team or another agency. The value is in the diagnosis, not the engagement.
